    The way the Illinois pensions are being handled make Illinois look very unorganized and vey inefficiant. Too bad all our legislators also get this pension. That is probably the main reason it is not turned over to a third party 401k or something to that extent, and re-evaluated more seriously. Instead the tax payer has to give them more money to keep Illinois a float. In this economy, this is very sad.
